I am new to the forum and enjoying learning from all your posts. I just bought my first house and am learning what will grow here. I am originally from Louisiana and the soil and climate are much different here than what I am used to working with. I don't have much yet but will enjoy beginning my collection. I do have a wonderful huge pomegranate tree that I can't wait to see loaded with fruit. Seems like nice folks on here. Looking forward to being a part of the group.

I have memories of "Pomegranite wars" when I was young. The house on the corner where we had to wait for the school bus had a large Pomegranite tree in the front yard providing us with plenty of ammo to throw at each other so we would go to school thoroughly messy.

Lol, sounds like fun. I have some new shoots coming up off the roots. If someone can tell me what to do I'll make some babies to trade.
