I need Help Identifying this tree!

Hi All,

I scanned a few leaves and the seed pods. I saw this in Round Rock, Texas behind my bank.

Anyone know what it is? The trees were not very big, about the size of a dogwood.

My first guess would be Eastern Redbud (Cercis canadensis).

that would be my guess also.. lovely purple flowers in early spring.
they are our state tree (Oklahoma)
