Hello From SouthEast Texas.

Hello all my fellow Texans. I am happy to have found this site. I really enjoying swapping for new plants and seeds, meting new people with like interest and hobbies is always great.

I am happy to report that my garden made it through Hurricane Ike. Unlike so many that were not as fortunate. Lets keep our fellow gardeners in our prayers. We all know what it is like to loose something that is dear to us.

Hello Fellow Gardeners.

Thank you everyone.

I all ready love this site. It has so much to offer I am slobbering at the possiblities. I am always excited about a new plant and meeting the ppl that grow them there is no better friend that a fellow gardener.

Valerie, phenixmoon214, I live by Orange, Texas right on the La border. Matter of fact I think there are more ppl from La than from Tx

phenixmoon214, I have been to Austin Loved it up there hardly any humidity there. Here you can cut the humidity with a knife. YUK! :P

Ah, when I saw you were growing grapefruit I assumed Corpus or Brownsville.
Dang, we got humidity here today & yesterday so thick its soup. But its great for the complexion... We even had a few drops of rain yesterday which was heavenly as its been a very dry year here.
LA & TX folks- they are all good people. There's also some good people from OK, AL, GA, FL, PA, MI, WA, even Canada. I could go on. Those are just the ones I know so far. It is a very fun group.
