Great Time at the Walpole Plant Swap Today!

I'm so excited that the BF and I were able to get up early this morning and take the trek up to Adams Farm in Walpole, MA for the Plant Swap today (My 1st Ever aside from a small one at the NECPS Meeting)!! What a fantastic turnout of both people and plants (though sadly I didn't really directly meet anyone) and a fantastic location! We got to bring our pups and go on a hike afterwards where we were blessed with a trail lined with blooming Lady's Slippers! For the goodies I brought (which amazingly were ran off with before I set them down haha!) I got 4 possible canna varieties in large gallon containers, something that resembles an elephant ear or something similar, a big container of japanese iris, a huge hanger of pothos (poss. variegated?), a Zygopetalum orchid pup/bulb and *3* different (& named!) African violet starts! Yahoo!! Thanks so much for a great time, LARobinson and Crew!

We Have Arrived!!

My Loot!!

Even our Pups got to make Friends!

Someones Goodie Stash, how lucky!! Wish we'd been earlier lol but got lost

Lots of Fun Plants & People!

Beautiful Hiking Paths

Lady Slippers Lined the Hiking Paths!

So good yall had a great time!!!
What you have in the hanging pot is a verigated pothos. Have fun with your new pothos. They get huge!!! Even the leaves get huge!
Love the loot!!! Great job

Thank you, TomRosebud! I actually was wondering if it was a variegated one or not, you've confirmed it for me which means I now have a regular one and a variegated one! How exciting <3 <3

Thank you too, Bali!! I'm very excited about them all thats for sure! As to the Farms uses - i believe it is a working veggie farm...i read something about a petting zoo perhaps? and they've got lots of hiking areas! Not sure much beyond that, but it was Adams Farm of Walpole, MA. They had a nice website somewhere...lol!
