x-mas is coming

I don't have any little ones in my family, but thought it would be a good idea to give a few flower or veggie seeds to some children, so they may learn to appreciate gardening like we all do! Just though I'd pass the message on!

That is a very good idea, Angie. I do a lot of things with kids, and am starting up a 4-H group with the horses and kids and hope to add some gardening in there for them ..... it's a life lesson they could all use someday and appreciate.
I hope you find some kids to leave that good impression on!

that's a good idea, angie!

if i were a teacher or something, i'd do stuff like that! it'd be fun to help kids plant some flowers or house plants or something & when they were in bloom, take them up to a nursing home somewhere, so the elderly people could have some pretty plants & flowers from the kids.

What a wonderful idea Angie.

I can't wait till mine are old enough to plant things. Right now all they do is rip em up I have to catch a photo of one she always buries her little nose into the flowers and seems to be taking a deep whiff so cute.

God made rainy days, so gardeners could get the housework done.
