Update on whats going on

Hello my gardening friends!! I have missed you all so much! Ok so I am on strict bed rest now. So boring. I know I could be on here chatting with ya'll but I get so tempted to get into some trading. I can barely resist!! HEHEHE!! I have to stay off my feet though. So thats where I have been. I should only have 2 weeks left of this. I have only been able to look at one area of my garedn up close and the other parts from a distance. It looks like I am getting some flowers out there!! I cant wait to trade some of the seeds that come off of them!! It looks like my poppies didnt make it. We had a late frost that I think killed them. BOOHOO!! I had some very unique seeds to...darn it! Oh well I will just have to get more next year. I also had a bunch of morning glory seeds (that I got from some great people on here) they were sprouting and looking great and the dang frost obliterated them! AHHHH! Oh well again there is allways next year and I am sure with the seeds I will be getting from my garden that there will be some trading going on for some of yalls morning glory seeds. I cant wait to be off bed rest, I look out at my garden through my bedroom window and see so many weeds! My hubby planted some grapevines for me that desperatly needed to get into the ground and squashed one or more of my hen n chicks. The poor guy he was trying so hard to not step in my garden that he didnt realize I had those little things in the rocks he was stepping on, He is the best guy ever!! He picked up the broken peice and brought it to me with these sad eyes. I couldnt be mad at him because he did me such a big favor. He did this after fencing in our fruit orchard, planting about 8 other things and mowing part of our 3 acre yard. He was sunburnt and sore.
Anyway Thats whats up with me...sorry to go on and on. I guess it from being on the bedrest and bored outta my mind!
I will be on more to keep in touch with you all/
TATA, Jessie

We love you you Jes!

Been wondering about how you're doing. I'm glad you and baby are doing alright. Been on that bedrest and know how boring and useless you get to feeling. Sounds like your hubby is like mine-good as gold. When is the big due date? We'll keep you in our prayers! You're a special lady!

Thank you all

I am so greatful to you all for the thoughts and kind words. I do have a wonderful husband who is very supportive and spoiling me right now. I do feel useless and like my muscles are wasting away and turning to flab. My hubby says I look great and I suppose after having 6 and being pregnanat with #7 I cant complain. I just used to be an aerobic intructor and personal trainer and was in such good shape even after number 4 I was in a size 3. Now I am in a 12 /14 and want to loose about 20 lbs(after baby of course). I would like to be in a size 8 as I think a 3 is kinda small for a 31 year old woman with all these kids. I just want to be healthy looking.
Any way enough of that. I am due in the beggining of August although I am sure I wont make it that long. We are getting excited to hold our little bundle of love. I have had preterm babies with all but 1 of my births and they have all been very healthy and no stay in NICU except the twins. They had feeding issues no resperitory problems. The only one who had a hard time adjusting was my full term baby who almost died at birth. They made what the nurses call a wall around him so we couldnt see(hubby is tall and peeked over). They had to intubate him and give chest compressions. I know it got pretty bad and they thought he wasnt going to make it. They finally let me see him after 4 hours and prepared me for the worst but as soon as I touched him he started squirming and whinning and they said he hadnt made any noise or moved until then. within about 15 minutes he didnt need the oxegen cover anymore. Well then I asked for a pump to stimulate milk production. As soon as I took it out(trying not to be to graphic) he started rooting. The NICU doc just happened to come in and he said let him feed if he is being so vigorous about rooting. So he did and they were able to take out the feeding IV and within 24 hours(which is mandatory once admitted) he was oked to go home. He and I left at the same time with no extra time in the hospital. Now he is 2 and half adn running around wiht his older siblings! So there is another long story. Sorry I go on, can you tell I havent been out much? LOL!!

baby body

Yes I was a size 3 after my fourth but I am not that now! I am about a 12. Which isnt bad but I want to be an 8. I am not overly concerned, it will happen when it happens. I do love being pregnant but when you are in the 8th month yeah I agree you feel better when its done. They take up alot of breathing room!
When I was a 3 I worked out alot. I was paid to work out. So that was a great incentive. I worked 2 hours a day which is great hours for a mom. I also would do some work in the weight room like cleaning the machines and stuff like that. When I wasnt busy I would work out more. I cant do that now. I dont have the time or energy. I also dont want my girls to get obssesed with excersise and weight. I want to be a good healthy role model. Being balanced is the best way to handle just about everything. Except GARDENING!!! LOL!!!
Any way I thank you for all your support. Everyones support!

Red face

I hope all goes well witht he rest of your pregnancy. I really sympathize. My lat pregnancy I had hyperemisis which basically meant I couldn't keep anything down, and I eventually had to be hopsitalized. I should have been on bed rest but kept working. UGGHHH!!!

Please let me know if there is anythong that you need that I can help you wiht. I will be glad to give you support or a kind work anytime you need it.
PS I am a siz 16/`8 after this baby, but I am slowly working it down. I loved being a 12, but a 10 might be nice. I like having boobs and a booty !!!

Me too inarosie

I have to say the boobs are nice! The butt well....I like it a little firmer. Dont mind a little junk in my trunk but I like that junk to be solid! I used to be solid now I am a little of both. I will work on it and at least I have the knowledge and experience, I just have to apply it!
I have had so much support from everyone and I have appreciated it all!! I dont think it will be much longer though. I am contracting alot despite laying around.
I will keep ya'll up tot date!
Jess

#7 Jess? Wow! I only had two. Bless you! I would have loved more, but hubby didn't agree. Hope you get back down to that size 3...you deserve it!! As for myself, my big toe wasn't a size three when I WAS 3. HE HE HE I won't even hint at my size now!
