quiet forum this spring

It seems that the forum is quiet this spring. In years past there were so many people posting trades by now. This year that doesn't seem to be the case. I hope it picks up. I'm looking forward to another successful trading year.

Maybe. I thought I'd be the last to thaw. It was such a terrible winter here. I'm ready .

It was only 50 here yesterday.
And 2 days before it was 80.
Yesterday I cleared junk out of the attic for trash collection today.

Ive been saying that for the last couple of months. Today is it cold 46 degrees right now, high is 57. (i freeze easily) suppose to get rain but here in the desert it barely rains. we either get a few sprinkles and hour of rain or flooding. yesterday it was cold got a few sprinkles. looks like we will only be in the 70s for the next week or so. Would love to get some trading on for the season. I have done 1 trade so far. besides my monthly swap group nothing is going on. my grandbaby will be here in about 1 1/2 hrs. i had the last two days off from babysitting so im missing her. lol.. her smile brightens my day!

in years past I really loved to trade plants and seeds but this year I finally got rid of most of my old seed, and the postage has went up, and if you don't have padded envelops and when you are taken advantage of, we watch our pennies here so I buy seed from bakers air loom seeds postage is less, and I save my own seed. we live in a small town and know most everyone in the county so getting some other things is not hard. and the Amish have greenhouses close and very reasonable.

True.........
\Gas prices don't make it any easier.
I do have a few pals around where who share plants.

I do have a special lady friend in California , I sent her plants in a brown envelope on Monday, it was $3..25 an I don't think that was too bad, with a tracking number .
She is sending me earrings Her kid makes them.
