I have been trying to put a few new pics in my album, and yes I have dialup and after waiting 15 mins. I keep getting upload failed. Is this because I have the slow speed or what would it be?

'Tis the slow dial up. I used to have the same problem and I made my sister in maryland post all my pics for me until I got highspeed. If you trust someone on here, give them your password? And tell them which pics to post from photobucket. I could do all your pics in around 45 seconds.... Maybe your friend Mandy (is it?) could do them for you hun!

Most pictures are pretty large and take lots of time on dial up. If you can make it thumb nail size in a program that would help but I dont tinker with that so I cant help ya there.

I did manage to put a couple there, but didn't know how to move them to plantswap, what I do is get them out of my computer. I am not good with all this puter stuff, am slowly learning a little.

I think that is the case for Val,
60 photos is the limit for each member in all of their albums, total.
If some existing pix were deleted, new ones could be added to replace them.

For Angie, I do suspect the slow upload could be the problem,
it looks like she has not quite reached 60 pix yet.

I saw about having 60 for the limit and had gone back and deleted a few. Ok another question, Lets say I have 50 in my albums and I move a few to another area here, are they all included with my total count?

So long as they still appear in your album, they still count toward the total.

Ok another question for me slowpoke, I don't know how I did it but the one album is private, what can I do to change that for a regular album. I hate to mess to much cause I'm afraid I may delete something, and gosh I'm just glad I got pics on here?

Okiedoke - you're no slowpoke, learnin' all sorts of new tricks today!

Click on the album you want to change,
and look up near the top right, you should see Edit Album/Edit Picture -
Click on Edit Album.

Next, scroll down near the bottom ...
now you should see:
Album Type:
o Public
o Private - Only visible to contacts and moderators
o Profile - Pictures used to modify your profile style

click inside the little o next to Public
and then click on Submit.

That oughta do it.

Ok Zuzu I did like ya told me for my albums and I somehow must of screwed something up. I have the one that says private, which has two pics in it, but to the right says 12? Right underneath that album I have another album with the same to pics. Also when I open the one that says private I went to the edit thing and there it says public? My gosh this puter stuff drives me crazy! And while I'm asking tons of questions what is a to a group?
