doggie

Taken the 60lb pup in again for testing for dry skin? Fur balls all over, this time they did a skin graft and say he has mites? Now we have to have him dipped 4-6 weeks. Poor guy is yellow? Help? First dip!

OMG How often do you have to do that? Doesn't sound like much fun for you or the little guy. Good luck I hope it helps.

Poor boy....find out what kind of mites they are ...are they sarcoptic mites?? They cause mange and that needs a lot of treatments...and a good reason as to why your poor dog is so itchy.
Those dips help get rid of the mites, but can be horrible for already sensitive skin....
poor boy....buy him lots of "feel better" biscuits.

Yea I think it is a sort of mange it says something like that on the bill? They just said mites get under the skin and the vet found one on the baby boy. At least we know whats wrong now, so I am glad for that, poor guy had big diggin on himself lots. I started calling him thumper cause he would be diggin and thumpin! Love your idea of get better biscuits! Sure will do! Thanks!

I wonder how those mites even get through all their fur? Your keeshounds have some thick fur, let's hope your girl doesn't get this from him. Poor baby, it would be funny to see his yellow fur though!
