A day in the life of birds

Just a few pictures that I have put together into a story. Remember those books, A Day in the Life of xxxxx, well this is along those lines. A Day in the Life of Birds. Just give it a click and go from there. Hope you like it.

I really liked it. Beautiful birds, we don't have a lot of those down here too often.

I was looking at some of your bird shots earlier and wow, are they ever fantastic!

The captions were cute too. Nice job.

I have a special love for birds and I had one for 6 years. Not long enough, unfortunately. I will likely be getting another one shortly.

Thanks for sharing those with us. I just adore pretty birds.

I just watched The Festival again!

So entertaining and charming.
You're a very creative person with a good eye for beauty....and one darn awesome camera!!!

Where do you shoot all these birds? And what kind of camera are you using? Curious.

Hats off again, for the wonderful slide shows, Kildale. Worth watching twice.

I use three cameras, not to be clever, but one I have set with 'My setting' for macro. This is the camera I take into the woods for flowers, mushrooms, lichens and mosses and shrubs, the berries and such. This is an Olympus SP 550 UZ, my second Olympus is slightly longer zoom, 20. The one for birds now is a Nikon coolpix P510, although this is fairly new.

I understand totally and use three cameras myself!
Nothing could replace my macro lens though.....love, love, love it.

Thanks for letting me know because you've got some great pics and I was curious about what you were shooting with.

Carry on with your gorgeous shots.
