Spider plants generally like temperatures between 40-85 degrees. It seems they would be okay as a house plant. If you didn't want to bring them in in the winter.

Spider plant will not surveve franklins winter unless it is brought in the house. 99.99 % of Florida plant life would be the same way. Too cold, too much ice and snow.

Make us a list of all your plants then we can let you know. I'm a Florida to SC transplant myself.

You can look the plants up online to find their cold hardiness. There are websites like Dave's Garden that will give you info on plants, or a lot of times if you find someplace online that sells them, they'll give you general information about them. You might just end up having a house full of tropical "houseplants".
