It does kinda, only it's got more red, and isn't a miniature.

Beautiful sky, you are making me appreciate roses again. I had given up on them, my soil just does not make them very happy. But you are making me want to try again.

I have mine in containers, and use miracle grow soil with perlite added, plus I feed them banana peels and used coffee grounds during the summer. I just planted some rose seeds in egg cartons with vermiculite. Last night I soaked them in 8 oz water with 1 tsp of bleach, then rinsed them out really good to kill germs and clean them.

I found the tag this morning when I repotted it into a self watering container. It's called Scentimental Floribunda. It's parents are playboy x Peppermint Twist! I would love to see what peppermint twist is like. I soaked my rose seeds in 8 oz of water to 1 tsp of bleach last night, then rinsed them out good, poked holes in plastic egg cartons, filled them with vermiculite then moistened. I added the larger rose seeds one in each egg area. the rugusa seeds I placed 3 to 4 in each. I also planted some butterfly bush seeds, hosta seeds, and two chestnuts.

Joe's blind so him trying to fix me breakfast was wow.
I am trying to grow some now, I followed the direction from a web site that mater posted on her thread about her aunt Shirley's white roses. I soaked them in a mixture of 8 oz water to 1 tsp of bleach overnight to clean and kill any germs, then I rinsed them really well and planted them in moistened vermiculite that I put in egg cartons, I put the egg cartons in gallon size ziplock bags after cutting the carton in half. then placed in my vegetable draw in my refrigerator. I'll leave them in there for 45 to 60 days unless they start germinating before then.
