His green and yellow are just as pretty but he hasn't picked any of them yet. Yep we are eating stuffed bell peppers at least once a week now (LOL). We are also freezing them. Just didn't know there would be this many really good size ones this year.

Red bell peppers are like candy. I like them raw - sliced in my salad. That one looks great.

Hey, can you put the recipe for stuffed peppers in the Kitchen? My wife would kill for that recipe.. LOL We both love them, but when we want one, we usually go get Stouffer's 4 pack.. lol

I'd love to make these home made!!

Has anyone ever heard of the Big Bertha Bell Pepper? I have grown them before and now also. If they do any good, I will try to post a pic. They get up to 12 inches long. Only green ones as far as I know.

Bell Pepper

I've grown Big Bertha b4 an I wasn't that impressed with the size, it coulda been my terrible soil though. This year I am growing Keystone an very happy with its size. Reminds me of the store bought ones, like the one in danabird's pic. I only bought a 6 pack in early spring, now I wish I had bought more.
