Peppers - what varieties do you like and grow?

In this thread, I am hoping that we can share what varieties of Peppers that we have tried and like or some new ones that we may be trying in the new year.

Hopefully if we submit ideas, everyone can benefit from them.

These are a few that we grew this year. Mostly Heirloom varieties.
No Photo's this year. Always forget when in the garden busy weeding or harvesting. Will try to remember for this coming year.

"Pasilla Bajio". What a wonderful pepper for drying. It started out a long/green and turned to a deep chocolate brown. Dried these and use in cooking.

"Early Jalapeno"

"Corno Di Toro Rosso"

"Criolla De Cocina" This was a wonderful pepper and had never grown it, but will definitely be again this year.

"Poblano" This one is so wonderful for Mexican recipes and makes wonderful Mole.

What have you grown and possibly it might be something someone else would enjoy.

Nothing of significance was ever achieved by an individual acting alone. Look below the surface and you will find that all seemingly solo acts are really team efforts.

I love sweet peppers mostly like banana peps and mini bells and regular bells...I have found the orange bells to be a very good middle ground for sweetness and firmness.

I also really love italian frying peppers and hope to find seeds for some of these again next year.
