Think I might sow some lemon balm and chamomile seeds tonight. I make tea from both of these herbs.

sounds good but did not know you could use these and make tea all i ever knew of was the tea like you get in a tea bag

With the lemon balm, I make tea with the dried leaves. With the chamomile, I use the flowers.


Herbal tea is wonderful and aromatic.

I love fresh brewed tea using the tea ball. Fresh mint leafs added to cold beverages is also refreshing.
