Edible bananas!


I have a collection of edible aswell as ornamental bananas. I thought I would post here to see if it sparked any intrest.

Dean, nice banana plants! and now I understand. I was wondering how you would want to trade banana plants, but yours are still young.

here are mine,

My Musa Siam Ruby Red is just about 6 ft tall, and it is unknown as of yet if the fruits will be eatable.

gone_tropical, nice photos and fruit too. I have a Siam Ruby, but it's still small. This is my first year to really get into bananas.

I have bananas year round, I couldn't live without them.... banana bread, banana shakes, bananaritas, banana daiquiris, banana liquoer...
