I looked back and I did not actually give Charlie's Spice Mix, so here that is.

Charlie's Ranch Dressing Mix

1 cup dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup dried minced onion
2 tbsp. dried dill weed
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/4 cup onion salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder

Put in blender till powdery. (I use it the way it is and also for shaking in
and on foods.[Special note: this is what I keep in an airtight jar and this is what I used on the zucchini chips in the picture.] Try the dip recipe tossed with hot noodles, mashed potatoes,
meatloaf, sprinkled on baked potato, endless)
This equals 3 cups or 24 batches. Refrigerate several hours for the flavor
to marinate through good.

Ranch Dressing: 2 tbsp. mix mixed with 2 c mayonnaise and 2 c buttermilk

Ranch Dip: 2 tbsp. mix mixed with 1 cup mayonnaise and 2/3 cup sour cream

Variations with 1 cup prepared Ranch Dressing: I would think you could also
use these with the Ranch Dressing Dip recipe. I have the cucumber but cut the
cucumber in small pieces instead of pureed.

Thousand Island Dressing: add 1/4 cup chili sauce and 2 tbsp. pickle relish

Cucumber Dressing: add 1 medium cucumber peeled, seeded, and pureed and 1 tsp. celery seed

Again, use what ever seasoning your family likes!

Okay, so I have all this shredded zucchini...what, besides zucchini bread and throwing it in with some hamburger, onions and tomatoes for a quick one pan meal, do I do with it. Suggestions please!

Finally the last "Butterstick" was ready for a picture. These are a smaller, yellow zucchini...wish I could share them with you Barefoot...they are slightly sweeter tasting than regular zucchini, but never seem to over grow. That can be good and bad!

Beth..
That was Gardeningmom...I just talked to her about that very thing!! I guess the plans are still there, but after last years calendar did not sell well I don't think there was a big push on the book project. Contact her for more info on it. I think cookbooks usually are pretty good money makers, but the ones I have been involved in are usually through a church, so maybe this is a bit different.
