Your dishes are so colorful and inviting. I'm not the best cook, but you couldn't tell it, by the 5 pounds i've gain since Thanksgiving..Wish i was near, would love dropping over for a few bites of those dishes.

I am thinking that we should stop by your house for supper. The only time any of my meals look that good is just before someone’s fork gets jabbed into them.
You are making me very hungry. So here I sit, drooling over your food and eating Jello.

I'll join in here! Here's the highlights of the last few weeks. From the top down: Mango and Mahi-Mahi Stirfry, Curried Beef and Noodles, Corviche (fried plantain balls stuffed with spicy peanut-curry shrimp), Roast Chicken with all the trimmin's, Lasagne, Roast Turkey Breast with Ramen Cheese Casserole, Panfried Tilapia with Noodles and Cheese, Teriyaki Chicken Caesar.

And for dessert, Lebekuchen (honey spice cakes) filled with whipped cream and drizzled with dulce de leche and colada morada.

Not me. My father, however, is a Cordon Bleu chef, and my mom's a master pastry chef. I'm a master breadmaker myself, with some kudos in certain desserts.

Thumbs downNot me either...

but I learned from my parents who were both fantastic cooks. I have a love and a passion for cooking, that's for sure.

Beth, here's a cordon bleu chicken breast I did a few weeks ago. The meat is uncooked in the shot...

Here it was after cooking...

I thought that plants and seeds were my true joy, Until i started seeing these glamor shots of delicious dishes. I can cook, but nothing compared to these.

The colors are just so colorful.
