We do dip lower some nights, but overall its GREAT to live in the south!!
Mild winters and hot and sunny summers! WOOHOO!!

I bet you could do both recipes with popcorn! Both sound great, also great way to flavor plain crackers without wasting them when all the chili is gone! LOL

OMG! The tornado's are REALLY awful!

I guess since you bring that up, I would rather be cold than deal with those destructive things. But at least we get to garden longer than you.. Na na na na na na. lol

We were out west one year and in the Kansas area.. Watched a tornado on the horizon one day.. it seemed like we were one step ahead of it the whole time.

Never again. We arrived in Iowa, and was eating in an all glass eating place, and the rapid rainstorm was all around it. I was pretty concerned.

Pennsylvania never looked so good after that .

We get the worst of both evils. We were 10 miles away from that tornadoe that hit the boy scout camp this past summer. Then we had another one about 6 miles from us. Busy summer here. Now we get to look forward to a winter of below freezing temps with wind chill anywhere from 10 to 50 below. Oh yippy!!!

We did talk to a guy in Iowa who moved to california.
He said calmly , So we have earthquakes in california , and tornadoes in Iowa.

LOL
He had no fear. We kept our eyes glued to the tv every nite on the news out there......Where is it ..lol

I guess it all evens out .. Every state has its vice.

Yeah, like Alaska...

They've got Eskimos

(That was a joke, no offense to any of our Eskimo friends)
