Mashed potato w/twistMashed potato, wow....pretty boring, right? Well here's a tip to make them extra creamy, and have people asking what is different about them. Add 1/2 package of Philly Cream Cheese and whip them until no pieces are left. (I use an mixer, it's easier on me) Scott (no one has to know.... ) B |

| My mother used to put sour cream in her too sometimes,gave it a nice kick. And she'd boil the potatoes in chicken stock,if serving with chicken.She never used instant potatoes,I would get a look if I did,and she KNEW.LOL She had a recipe for creamed carrots that was good,if you like mashed,kinda like yams or sweet poataoes.

twice baked?Did ya ever try a twice baked potato. Bake a potato, then scoop out inside and mix your fav cheese with pot, put back in shell and put bacon crumbles on top with some chives, return to oven for 10-15 mins. Yummy!
