corn dipThis is another favorite of mine: 2 cans Mexican corn (drained) 1 bunch green onions (chopped) 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. mayo 1 can diced jalapenos (don't drain) 8 oz shredded Mexican 4 chesses blend Mix all ingredients. to make it milder, drain the jalapenos. let stand overnight or for at least 4 hours. | Sounds great, the roasted corn, but the canned Mex. corn has added 'stuff' to make the corn taste 'Mexican'. This does add to the flaovor of the dip. It is worth a try for sure ![]()
