Blackberry Cobbler

Blackberry Cobbler----- By
Pushin-up-Daisies GetSmile]
1-c.flour(self-rising)
1-c.sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4-c.milk(canned evaporated)
1-stick butter(melted)
2-1/2-c.blackberries, sweetened with 1/2-c. sugar
Mix all dry ingredients in a baking dish: add milk, stir well. Pour melted butter over dough: Place sweetened berries on top of that,
Bake at 350 degrees until dough rises to top & turns brown, 45 minutes-1 hr. Yields 6-8 servings, for larger cobbler u can double the recipe.
Other fruits can be substituted for Blackberries.
