Avocado

What can you make out of avacados beside guacamole? I've never tried cooking with one, lol, just tried one today that wasn't in guacamole. I can eat it but there wasn't a whole lot of favor to me. Give me some recipes or direction, lol, or something. Please

From the deep south, a most amazing fruit salad, avocado slices with sectioned grapefruit and drizzled with some original Catalina Dressing - it's awesome.

Delicioso!
My favorite Mexican dish is 'stuffed avacado' from a local family restaurant.

Place a generous portion of cheese and cooked chicken and inside of
a whole avacado (yes, first remove the pit and the peel), then roll in flour,
then dip into egg wash and roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
Drop into the deep fryer only until the breading is golden brown and the
cheese starts to ooze. Oh, yes, I can eat the whole thing.

Hey, no one said it had to be diet food!

Was your fruit mushy, hard, or firm to soft?
I like mine, more firm to soft cut in slices or chucks tossed in a salad. Or sliced, drizzled with italian salad dressing, little lemon or lime juice, salt if desired.

Heres a site I stumbled on yesterday, it can give you quite a few other ways to eat avacado.
