SmileAny one like Cheese cake dessert, I made some.


I made cheese cake for Dessert today.. It is so good.
Graham cracker crust an Jello no bake filling........

I cant stop eating that.. I don't put sugar in my crust, I like tasting the crackers..
Any one else on that kick??

I love Cheesecake of any kind. The only problem is that Cheesecake loves me too, too much.

A few of my favorites are Chocolate Amaretto, New York style with fresh fruit or Caramel sauce.

Can taste it now.

This one had the caramel sauce with pecans recipe but I didn't use it .. Just straight...........

I could eat the whole thing in one setting.. Is it freezable??
Son was coming up but the roads aren't good.. SO maybe I shall freeze it.

Tastes good with canned strawberries on top..

I have frozen the Cream Cheese baked Cheesecake before and it freezes well.
Not sure of any others?
Would you mind posting your recipe for no bake Cheesecake. It might like me less, even if I love it.

I got this recipe in with my power bill can't wait to try it.
Sopapilla Cheesecake
3 (8oz) boxes of cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 2 cans cresent rolls, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Press one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish, making sure to seal seams. Top with cream cheese mixture. Press second can of crescent rolls on top. Melt butter and pour over crescent rolls. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together and pour mixture over melted butter. Bake for 30 mins

Mine came in a box.. I am lazy on this one.
One pkt is graham crackers an the other packet is the filling.

JELL-O no BAKE REAL CHEESECAKE DESSERT.

CRUST IS 2 TABLSP SUGAR ( I DIDNT USE ANY)
5 TBLSP margarine...melted
Filling
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Stir
Crust mix ,sugar/margarine, in pie pan, till moist, press on the bottom of pan an up the sides.

pour Milk in medium bowl,Add the filling..beat on low 30 seconds
then on medium speed 3 minutes
Spoon into the crust refrigerate one hour.

---Optional
Sprinkle 1 fourth cup caramel topping topping an add pecans

Or melt Bakers semi sweet chocolate ..Stir in to the filling.

Or top with fresh strawberries/ whipped cream
-------
Or get strawberry pie filling , or blueberry filling an top the pie with that.
Add coconut if desired...

I better quit before I am forced to eat again.LOL
