white flowering shrub medium size blooms


It blooms either in late spring or early summer I think, sorry I don't have a picture of the blooms, never thought till now to identify it. It's about 8-10 ft tall, has been so for a very long time.

I think it is a Japanese flowering crabapple. Here a pic I found of the forestry website, and it looks pretty much the same:

the berries are to small for a crab apple, and are round and smooth on the bottom.
