what is the name of this tree, any one?

This started last year in the boarder around my fence. I did not pull it because it did not look like the rest of the weeds. This is a photo of the top. These seem to grow wild around here, upto 25' or 30' in clusters of two or three trunks.

Thank you! I am going to google with the info you gave to see if there are different verieties? The leaves are a bit different, and the flower is not as tall as the one in the photo. If any one else has a sugestion or confermation or comment?

I think it's a sumac as well. There are many different kinds. Different shaped leaves, different size plants, some turn yellow in the fall some a lovely read. I think some are quite beautiful but then some are down right ugly in my opinion.

Thanks for your input and time. I showed this tree to popa and he said it is a red elderberry. Sure enough I googled and there it was. I am so impressed. I had not yet wanted this in my yard, I just thought I would like one a few months back. A prayer was answered before it whent out.

Yes, its elderberry. I remember them from the farm when I was a kid. The berries make good wine!

Glad that you were able to discover the answer to your mystery,
it sounds like you were wise to save that one when you were weeding.
