| Zone 9 or warmer. You can keep it potted outdoors during summer but don't expose it to below 40 degree temps. We left ours outdoors in Houston, potted in Zone 9a to 35 degrees and it did ok but I wouldn't test it beyond that. They are native to tropical islands in the south pacific.
