ExclamationJosee Lilacs

Does anyone here grow Josee Lilacs ? They are pink and bloom all year.

I got 2 this spring.. After the long winter I put them out.. And today the one is twice as tall as the other one.. But here is the funniest part. Short one is full of buds, and the tall one has NONE......

Do I have a boy and girl?????????????

I wish. I had a persian lilac,supposed to grow here.It died.
I do have one in the front yard that has had a couple of blooms on it in the 4yrs I've had the house.... It is struggling to survive,I imagine it's an older one.One of Ruth's flowers she left me....wish I could make it happy.
106 today,ain't nuthin happy here.

Smile

Sorry,

Lilacs seem to love cooler climates ..zone 5 an 6 is no problem for that.
I have a white , my old purple rotted away, so I am anxious to see Josee grow.

It blooms all year they say.
