Frangipani seedlings...

excited about this next year and growing my baby fragipani seedings. I have 4 babies I got from a trade this past fall. They have gotten rather large and fat, about 6 inches or more. They fell dormant for a few months, but now are breaking out and all are sending out new leaves and growing. I can't wait to see what they look like will be neat. I'm gonna step them up from 1 gallon pots to 3 gallon pots so they can get bigger before planting in my yard.

I read somewhere I shouldn't had allowed them to fall dormant the first year. Will that cause the blooming to take longer or something?

Plumeria seedling

Allowing them to go dormant or not is a matter of oppinion. I have had some that I have let them go dormant and they come out of it just fine. As to having any effect to bloming, your plumeria seedling is not mature enough to bloom. On average it takes at least 2-5 years to mature enough to bloom. Being in Orlando is a big plus for you because of your weather. If you have any other question feel free to ask.
