Chinese Pistachio

I have one of these trees in my backyard and it's producing seed. The birds love them. Anyone have them? What are the pros and cons?

When I was

in horticulture I'd have to prune these yearly an they produce a milky sap when pruned that is very sticky an can be annoying to wash off. So wear gloves if you need to prune it. I do like the berries, reminds me of Christmas colors.
