Cassia javanica seed looking up ! HELP!!

Hi all ! I wonder if ANYONE knows how to do with a Cassia seed ,now looking up in the pot ! How to go on, I cannot plant it outside eh? In Sweden today, sunny and blowing and not that warmth!! I Talk to Botaniska in Gothenburg and he didnt know but told me to let it live inside all the time! Is there anyone who have the same tree? I would be very greatful for ALL answers! ps..the tree/seed is in my pict.

...In conclusion, I will leave my seeds soaking for several days next time - maybe even differing amounts - and plant it under dirt after a sprout has emerged from the pea. And next time, I'll plant the sprout pointing INTO the ground to establish the root system.
