Not the average Abelia

I just love this plant. It is a cultivar of Abelia grandiflora named "White Marvel". Why white, I have no idea, because it produces the brightest yellow, white and salmon colored foliage that is so bright, the small light lavender flowers can hardly be seen. This one adds a blast of color to my garden. See Picture in Gallery.

I really enjoy taking pictures of plants growing in my yard and garden. I love to take close ups to catch the intricate details of flowers, foliage, and other plant features, even critters that visit them. I take my camera with me every time I stroll the garden and yard looking for photo ops and I am rarely disappointed.
