Sass Irises and Earthkind Roses

I am possibly going to a Garden Festival this week and I am going to be sitting in on a presentation on Sass Irises, If i am not able to make it, does anyone happen to know anything about them, I have never heard of them.

Also another plant I have never heard of is the earthkind rose. I should say variety, the speaker is going to be from texas A&M so who knnows,

This web site will tell you all about them and show pictures of the varieties so designated. They are disease resistant, draught tolerant, and require much less care than traditional roses. Hope this helps
