Very nice 1H! My double white (in ground) did not do anything for me this year. Neither has my potted double white.

Lovely Brugs 1H4J. I like that double white. Do you want to trade I have a single white. Look in my albums I have some pictures posted there of it. Or at the website that I have at the base of my posts. LMK if you are interested in a trade.

flowerdazed - Brugs will start to bloom when you get a Y start at the main branch of the plant. The bottom of the Y being the root base. The plants are hogs for fertilizer and love to be fed all the time during the growing season. A good hard pruning does wonders as well. If your has a Y on it just don't prune past the Y junction, other wise it might set the plant back on blooming. On fertilizers I fed bloom booster and followed the second month with Epsom slts, I read that brugs love that and sure enough mine did and bloomed really 3 times for me since Sept 13th of this year! The hurricane took the first flowers! Hope this helps!

Looks great.

My brugs are done for the year I think. Cold snaps got 'em. Looking forward to their triumphant return in the Spring.

I'm lucky to garden somewhere with mild winters.
Thanks for the kind words, this is one of my favs in the yard, big, beautiful and fragrant and a prolific bloomer to boot.

anyone who's interested, when spring rolls around, lots of cuttings can be had.
Speaking of lots of cuttings I have a Brug. [Charles Grimaldi] that has sent a large branch into the neighbors yard and needs to be removed. If i wait a little while there will be more than enough cuttings for anybody who wants some... or wants a bunch , the branch is over 4" in dia. and goes way over the fence....oops.
