QuestionRose needs help

Here is a photo of my knock out rose. I need help identifying what is happening to it. The leaves look like something is eating them but I have not seen anything on it. There are holes in the leaves but they have not fallen off. It has completely quit blooming. Any suggestions on what to do would be very helpful. I live in NC and we have had lots of rain lately.

don't see an image, probably just leaf hoppers, & not all roses bloom from spring to fall, some bloom just once, I don't have knock out roses myself just tea roses. might could be if it blooms more than once just between blooms, also have you been giving it rose food (I use something called rose bloom)?

That looks like what eats the leaves on green beans and potatoes. I'm not sure if a tater bug is the same thing that's eating yours. When I had roses this happened to mine and I used seven dust on them and it solved the problem and the bounced bak.

I think it's leaf hoppers & other than the leaves being eaten, the bush looks ok, just no blooms, has it already bloomed once this year? you can get a garden safe spray that has neem oil in it, if you don't like seven dust,

SmileThanks

My rose bush did bloom already. But it usually has blooms on it all spring, summer & fall. I have some neem oil so I will try that first.
Thanks for your help.
