Not quite the pest![]() I'd been hearing him for a while and was quite surprised to find him. Does anyone know what kind of froggie my newfound friend is? And I say friend as I just know he will help me in sniping those pesky slugs in my garden!LOL |

| Thanks Diane GT, this little guy was brown. I clicked on the link you provided, and the tree frogs are green, greenish in color. I thought maybe they change color but it did not state that they do. Also, I clicked on their sound, this little guy does not sound like that. Maybe another guess or two? |

| That's funny! 2 nights ago my husband and I saw one of these guys climbing the side of our house. He brought it in and let it climb one of our kids walls for a while. Then he took it back outside.

| the brown tree frogs do not have such a pronounced white stripe, or so I thought.... and my green tree frogs do have the abilitiy to change color to an olive green trying to match the background |

| Thanks GT, I'm not quite sure what this little guy is but I am leaning towards brown tree frog. In the meantime, I found a cool frog id site. You can click on your state and their species come up. They did not show a brown tree frog for my state tho. I did have someone send me some plants the other day and he may have been in the bromeliad. ![]() but not sure. The bromeliad came from Florida. He was very close to the plant when I did happen to see him the other night.http://www.nwf.org/frogwatchusa/frog...state=la#frogs Hey Spider, I'll have to check that out! Thanks |
