Hydrangea leaves getting brown spots

The new growth on my hydrangeas are now getting these spots? Could anybody please tell me what this is?

Might be a type of rust or something biting it that is causing it, now what bites would cause it I have no idea. I have seen rust on hydrangeas around here before.

Looked at your photos in your album and you certainly seem to have a green thumb. Looks like you have some sort of fungus. There are many remedies for this out on the internet for your zone, you may want to check some of these out.
