QuestionHelp Identify caterpillar & egg?

Hi there. Hoping someone sees this soon! I found this little guy crawling on my swamp milkweed. The leaf was kind of rolled up around him. Doesn't look like a monarch caterpillar to me. Anyone know what this is?

Also including a picture of 1 of 2 eggs I found on my other swamp milkweed on the other side of the garden. Hoping these are monarch eggs. Thank you for your help!

I would think that this leafroller is probably the caterpillar of a Tortricidae moth.
