Morgan City

I have been to Morgan City, and think you will have a wonderful time with a garden there.
Good luck and if there is anything I can halp with let me know. I live in Texarkana, TX. Which is on the border of TX, AR, and just a few miles frome LA border also they call us the tri state area, but we are also so close to OK we are really in the center of 4 states close at hand.
I am just starting my new garden at theis house also.
Thanks for posting, I was nervous when I wrote also but have heard from some very nice people.

Hi UN, welcome to the forum.

You will be a pro at using the forum in no time. It can be a little intimidating at first (so many links/options), but once you get used to it, it becomes second nature.

I'm guessing your area is very similar to Houston as far as gardening potential is concerned.

Welcome Luziana. I moved here to Texas from a little town North of Baton Rouge. I sure miss my nice rich soil. I am getting my feet wet learning what will grow in this heat.
