Intermingling

Snapped this shot today while out in the garden. These shrimp plants are in pots and housed on a baker's rack.

I call it 'Intermingling'

Another 'Iintermingling' from today

Hi bjbr,
Actually it is the 'green' shrimp plants. I was surprised too to see the green shrimp plants when I purchased them and didn't really believe it until I read the card that came with it stating ' green' shrimp plants. They do look somewhat yellow but more a light green in color.

Thanks bali.

Thanks mr! I saw this scene yesterday when I looked out of my kitchen window. Hurriedly got my camera to take the pic. The two contrasting colors in the plants reminded me of Christmastime for some reason.

Thanks GT, I know you will find just the right spot! I purchased my 'Shooting Star' Hydrangea during Christmastime two or three years old. It is deciduous or has been the last few years but this is the first year it is blooming in Sept/October besides May and may possibly keep her leaves this year, don't know.

GOE, thanks! And it just happened (color arrangement) by chance as I had not planned it that way.

Thanks skay, bet yours are pretty as well!

What I find amazing is the length of time the shooting star is blooming.

Hi Beth!
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed! At least you have the leaf color change dear! And I know that must be awesome. Wow, frost on pumpkins? I would be fumbling around hurriedly if we had frost here, so much to move and take care of. We rarely get frost, but do get those cold nights which are still quite a while away before we get the burrr, several months more before the cold sets in here, I'm thankful, very thankful for our New Orleans weather! Geaux Saints!
