Some of my favorite flowers this summer


Hi everyone, this has been such a great year for my gardens~here are just some of my favorite flower pictures I got this summer~Enjoy and thank you for looking~

African daisys from seed. I kept these alive thru last winter and they finally bloomed for me this summer~



Glads I got from our Deeka a few years ago~still going strong~with the sun shining thru~



I put in a peach tree this spring and Whoot, I got very nice peaches, plus my grapes finally produced. We got much more then in this picture, but they went directly into our bellies~lol

Fabulous pictues and you so happy for you that both your peaches and grapes produced fruit. Is you peach tree difficult to take care of? We have been talking about planting a few but it seems to me that they tend to get some sort of fungus that looks like sap oozing out of the trunk and branches - did you run into any of that kind of problem?

Thanks guys~ No issues at all with that little peach tree. I'll get the name of it tomorrow and post it. I got it from Gurneys. It is self pollinating. All I did to it was to cut the branches back before it bloomed, gave it a good amount of cow poop.

I have to say I am very impressed with it. I expected it would at least bloom, but I really didn't think I would have peaches from it this soon. I wish my apples would do as well!
