Philly Orchid Show

Did anyone go ?

I did - for the first time, this past weekend - it was awesome! It was not as well-attended, as it should have been - but I went down there to meet a new business partner - and came back with about 400 plants all together. It was a very nice, tasteful show - Not glitzy like the "Flower Shows" are these days.

Granted, the 400 plants I brought back are mostly not in bloom - but the show itself was beautifully done with all different kinds of orchids flowering - many of which I had never seen before.
When I get a little down time, I'll certainly add some photos here!

These were mostly very rare orchids grown by specialized growers in Asia (Malaysia, by my business partner), Japan, Colombia, and a bunch of growers from the States. Not the mainstream Florida / Home Depot / Box Store orchids. You should check out your local Orchid show. I think there are lots of them all over.
I am sorry yours died, especially after having it for so long!
