Yes it is worth the wait. I counted 12 more plants there waiting to bloom.
On my driveway.

I planted 5 tomatoes yesterday an cover them at nite.

Oh, hope you give more pics when they all bloom.

I finally put out 8 peppers and 12 tomatoes. Rained and stormed all night. I'm afraid to even go look.

EEk least ways it wasn't a tornado.
Lots of Iris types wont bloom for me.. I had huge white ones an only one bloomed??????? All come back, no blooms??????

All looks well in the garden.

Bali, wonder if you have the tubers too deep in the ground? When I still had Iris, I raked everything off in the fall, and you could see a bit of the tubers showing. Always had good blooms and never had any die.

Pretty! I do love Iris.
So far, I have only had some sad tulips bloom and my Mock Orange. Oh did it smell so good, but the blooms only lasted 3 or 4 days.

My tulips went south ..Only a few showed. Now Iris I grew from seeds mostly.
Put them out now (iris an Lily seeds) they grow well.
