Oh wow, those flowers are beautiful. I was just so excited to see that with the warmer weather we are having so far, my neighbor's primrose was blooming. But your flowers in January just blow me away.

thanks for the kind comments everyone, but no one wants to add their blooms? I'm sure you all have something flowering in January, no?

SwampLady, snap a picture of the behind-the-fence primrose
Mary, I started mine from a cutting this spring and it has now 40 ft. long runners. are you sure you'd want one of those monsters?

I just checked, the last January flowers thread was in 2009 and a picture of the Passiflora maracuja. dead now it died over the past two hard winter seasons

Gorgeous flowers ladies!
You folks down there in Florida got it goin' on, thanks for sharing your bounty of bloomage.

I't's pleasantly warm up here in NC now, but 3 nights of freezy weather last week left me with nothing to show - even the opened Camellia flowers were burned and have turned brown and icky.

Dbs, those are beautiful flowers and to see them in January is just awesome. We have had a roller coaster ride with the weather Ė one day in the 50s and the next in the single digits. Plants donít know if they should bloom or fall over dead. I wonder what the spring will bring when this is all over with?
I will try to get a picture of my neighbors flowers if they have not yet succumbed to the frost again last night.

Thank you. I am always pleased when I haven't killed my plants.

I thought for a while that my plumeria was going to bloom but we had a cold snap and I lost most of the buds. I hope we don't have been more of those rapid drops in temps - the plants are confused enough as it is.

Would love to see what kinds of blooms are going on elsewhere.

Oh GT that sunset vine would not grow that fast here I dont think..LOL I will find it eventually, I am up for the challenge 40 foot runners..wow, good ol florida weather.

Not a single thing blooming here right now so not pretty flowers to show. But amazingly I still have my Passiflora Incarnata growing along the back fence, mind you its not growing much at the moment because of the cold nights but its still there and it is growing some.

dbs, just stunning! love the orchid tree color, I usually see just the softer pink flowers.

RR, if the Hawaiian Sunset doesn't freeze to death, I'll trade you cuttings

Calin, you have something flowering, don't you?
