AngryFlorida veggie growers

Hi everyone.I want to know if anybody from the east or west coast of florida has any luck growing tomatoes and what is the secret?I use to live in PA and was actually in the local newspaper back in 87 for my tomatoe plants. Now I have tryed pots,in the ground and never have any luck.Everything else is fine.I have 78 plants not including my veggies mostly hot peppers, cuc, and so on.Tomatoes I have tryed in the ground and in pots.As soon as the tomatoe flower falls a tomatoe appears and the leaves start to turn brown with spots and yellow and there goes the plant. Can anyone give me some advice please Thank you.Im going back outside and play in the dirt.Have a nice day.Ill check back in an hour see if anyone can help me.

Well, I aint in florida but it sounds like to the the soil ph isn't what it should be for the tomatoes to produce tomatoes. And possible they need a little more shade, like in the hottest part of the day. This has happened to tomatoes up here when the ph was off.
