Actually, I have quite a few Billbergias (very colorful ones) - many of which are the Beadle hybrids (remember Don Beadle of Venice FL who hybridized so many Billbergias?) The only problem is that I don't see any broms on your end that really interest me. I am into colorful varieties more than into blooms. I am also into smaller broms (due to space limitations). I see a lot of multiple plants of the same kind in your pictures, whereas I have "one of each" so to speak. That is why I asked about other plants you grow to see if we could broaden our trading possibilities. How about succulent type plants? If you want to see bromeliad photos I have taken of my plants, I will start posting them IN THE PHOTO GALLERY gladly. I have quite a few so expect to be bombarded!!

Hi Bob, I had a few of his at one time, then I turned around, and they were all gone.
I still have some of Wally Berg's Bill's, esp. the Fiesta's. There so prolific that you'd never run out. He used to live in your neck of the woods, Sarasota. Have you ever gone to his website the "Birg Cage"? His wife still maintains it, and next to Charles Dill's website, is one of the best on Bromeliads.....
I am also more into the colorful ones, thats why I have so many Neoregelias. Those possibilities are endless.....
Did you read the Texas Chili Contest? OPPS That's not Harry Potter

Hey, Harry Potter has gotten kids into reading, and it works on big kids too. I was a non-reader until Harry Potter - now I can't put a good book down. Yeah, I read the Chili joke - that joke's been going around TX repititiously for a long time now - nothing new but it is hilarious. But when it comes to chili, Floridans obvioiusly can't take the heat. Between Mexican and Cajun food here in TX, we are HOT!

Beautiful Neoregelias

In the photo gallery, I just posted a picture of a cluster of Neoregelias in prime color that adorn our front door entryway - in TEXAS. I never cease to be amazed by the variety and brirlliance of colors in Neos when grown well.
