QuestionWisteria

I have two of these they are both about 3yrs old getting pretty big, I have not had any flowers yet, someone told me they need to be at least 2 to 3 yrs old before they bloom. Is this true? the plants look fine just no flowers as of yet? Something wrong?

wisteria

Hello ang, I have a purple wisteria thats almost 4 yrs. old & hasn"t bloomed yet either. The web says it takes up to 5 yrs. to bloom but after that it blooms each yr.They are worth the wait though.
