Miniature Hibiscus


I am wondering if any of the miniture hibiscus varieties would be hardy to zone 5? Any help would be fabulous

Hey RR.. I googled "miniature Hibiscus... hardy to zone 5?" On the first page there was a site that said hardy to zone 6..I didn't go into the site to read more, so I hope this helps. I love google..LOL

RR - When you mentioned miniature hibiscus, I had quite a different picture until I googled. Geez RR, please don't start me on another obssession -miniature plants

Oh absolutely RR, I am so addicted to plants! and I absolutely love it! as it is such a wonderful pastime and great hobby that I really dig (ha-ha). Now obsessions, well, I do have a few in the way of plants. I think addictions and obsessions are just a tad different., well, maybe more than a tad.

I just googled miniature hibiscus as well.... interesting! So I forgot to check, is the flower just miniature (under 5 inches they say), or is it also that the plant doesn't grow as large?

FD, interesting website.... are you into bonsia as well?
