Thanks Sherie! And it's been quite an experience for me as well! I just didn't think I would witness a bloom this year. When I recently saw the vendor who sold me the plant last year, he was surprised that I am seeing a bloom too and congratulated me. LOL

And it will be unbelievable to see this bloom come to FULL BLOOM, one incredible sight I'm hoping. So stay tuned, more to come.

I went out of town for a few days a few days ago. I decided to take the plant inside and glad I did as we had a storm come up while I was gone and lots of large plants were knocked over by winds. She would have been in the way had I kept her outside.
Anyway, when I returned, she had opened more of her buds. I think this is the finale.

Let's see. I saw her bud on 5/9/14. So she took close to two months to come to fruition. It will be interesting to see how long she stays this way.
