Oh zuzu that is a lovely plant. Very nice

If you all really love those unusual colors. I know of one place that sells some that I have never seen colors like them before.

I love the vermillion Queen and Cajun Hibiscus City Slicker and Curly Top the best. They seem the kind when in full bloom would be just dazzaling.

How gorgeous can a plant get! Makes me tempted to close in my screened porch so I can winter over tropical hibiscuses.

zuzu, lovely Hibiscus, but all your flowers are lovely say, is yours grafted or on its own roots?

here you can drool over more lovely flowers: Tropical Hibiscus,... click the link 'winner of hibiscus shows' then either link 'shows in Florida' or shows in Tx. On them pages are links to several years worth of winning hibiscus flowers.

this one did not bloom for me this year, it froze to the ground this past winter. Now I have to wait and see if what is growing is this yellow beauty or the rootstock it is/was grafted on:

Thought I'd share my humble hard hibiscus with you show-offs.

Old fashioned white with burgundy throat found in a ditch and I rescued it:

Cinnamon Red

Pale, pale pink, rescued from the ditch:

Hope you enjoy

I went back and looked. I agree, GT's hibiscus do compete with Zuzu's showy specimen. They are all gorgeous indeed. I'm even proud of my pale pink one--I don't remember ever seeing one that pale before.

Every last one of those posted in this thread is exquisite in it's own right, isn't it Shirley?
I'm adding more hardy Hibiscus plants to my yard as the years go by,
the tropicals are still my first love (Florida native that I am ), but I sure love the ease of those hardy plants.

All of my tropical Hibbies are on their own roots,
I can positively vouch for that because I started all of them from cuttings.

Here's another one I really love, I believe that it's name is 'Peach Blow'
